Install was very easy. Water pressure out of nozzle is great. Switching to different spray patterns is smooth. Only negative is the attachment to hold wand. It does not screw on firmly and during second or third use came apart and sprayed water all over my bathroom. I bought one from Home Depot that locks tighter and is more secure.

second day and my skin is smooth, not flaky. My scalp feels like oil has been added to it leaving me with a lot of softness. Ordering for my mom and dad.

I couldn’t get out of their website and every time I tried it just added another item. I want to return their product, but so far I have not received the form and a human hasn’t replied to my request only a generated robotic form

I hate this company. The order was placed without my consent. I canceled this order less than 12 hours after I knew it was placed and they shipped it anyway. I was put on 6 month refill with filters with out my consent. Was sent more refills after I canceled the order. I will never recommend this product. I will never use this shower head. It costs almost as much to return it as to buy it so your refund policy is a joke. Along with if you use it you can't return it if it does not meet what you said it would do.

12/26/2025. Purchase date is 12/10/2025. I haven’t received it yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but sadly I guess they either use a non-reliable shipping company or they messed something up with the order information. It’s been 16 days and counting. I would urge people to keep this in mind. I even emailed support and got a canned response. Makes me wonder what “problem support” is like once received and something is wrong with the product.

I love this type of shower head the pressure of the water shower is so good I give it 💯

I haven't received your answer. I requested a contact from you...c

It is not much powerful and all rubber made. The shower is little longer then i expected.
