The shower is not as good as I expected. Flow is moderate not real strong as advertise. They set me up on filter replacenebt which I did not request. The first order delivered and they set it in front of the garage door instead of on the porch. Driver was too lazy to walk. It snowed and my wife ran over the filters pulling out of the garage. I contacted GOFO to file a claim and they wanted me to pay to actually file the claim. Also, there is no customer service phone number to contact to cancel filter replacement. I emailed support@drivse and have not heard back. All marketing, no support! Be cautious!

Your company sent TOO MANY shower heads AND filters. I ordered 2 you sent 4 AND I DON'T WANT THE EXTRA FILTERS.

In service haven’t tried it yet tried to return two of the three sent to me Asked and I got nothing but blocked mail It is a flimsy build I agree

Since a brain operation my scalp has become very dry and flakey but the filter shower head seems to be making an improvement. I will keep using it and hope it will be greatly beneficial eventually

I honestly love this shower head … I live in a town where our main water source is a town dam so the quality of the water is really crap and the water pressure even crappier, I saw lots of in app ads for this product and finally thought why not give it a go. I installed it in three minutes it was so easy to just switch out my old shower head and when I showered with the new one I immediately noticed the difference in water pressure. Usually when I showered I was left with itchy dry skin but with the new shower My skin doesn’t itch and is no longer drying out so the filtered shower head really does make a difference. That being said I highly recommend this product to anybody as it is exactly what is advertised

I was dubious about receiving this shower head because of the delay; however, it exceeded my expectations. Best I have ever had, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or purchase once again in the future, so thank you

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they don't respond. They make is very difficult to return the product and they do not have a phone number, so everything is done through email and they don't respond. Also, they signed me up for the filter replacements which I clearly declined, multiple times. Do not work with this company.

The water pressure is strong. there are some sprayholes that send water in a different direction, which is a bit annoying
