Good product, until you don't want to buy more filters. I mentioned it AND canceled by email, they answered fine. Then a month after I received an email as per filter is on the way. I replied the moment I received the email, they say it's too late for shipment but ok we cancel the "subscription".....They charged me full, 52$ish for ONE FILTER!!!!!!!!! I tried to reach them, no answer since then...

The pressure is not as described. I wish it came eith a hose and a shower arm to hold it. I had to go buy a cheep shower head for parts.

Hi Theoklitou, thank you for your question. You can order replacement filters directly from our store here: Filter Replacements (https://drivse.com/products/copy-of-filter-replacements).

My problem never got solved. I emailed you guys several times. I think it’s a disgrace. There were several emails. This is an ongoing issue from 12/12/25 until present

You advertised powerful flow, was not as strong as I was expecting. Filter restricts flow so much it feels like soft water.

Haven't recieved shower head, been over three weeks. What's up? Thanks.

The shower head arrived. It said it had great pressure, but it didn't have any messaging or firm pressure. I'm not happy with it. I need to send it back.
