My experience was fast and easy from ordering to insulting. My family loves the water pressure it improved 100%. I just wish you could order more then two filters at a time.

This was a cheap shower head and no I would not order again
Well I ordered 3 shower heads one for me one for my son and one for my granddaughter! I used mine a week and a whole came in the handle and I could not use it because water was hitting me everywhere ! Then I sent you pictures and u said u would send me another one however in the mean time I received3 filters for them and was charged 74 .oo for 3 filters l did not sign up for these but whoever I talk to said it was automatic !

I never ordered this product
I never ordered this product, but was charged $39.99. I tried to contact your customer service and they sent me a useless filter cartridge as I do not and have not ever had a shower head. I would just like my money returned to me.

No refunds, sorry!
Sorry, I did not read the fine print. Item cannot be returned for a refund. My wife does not like the shower head. Tried to return it and due to hygiene issues, can’t happen.

We did NOT order these. It said before we ordered, we need to see the video. After seeing the video, I decided NOT to order. I did not order the filters that came later. Also I sent a message to the company without a response. No phone number is given for us to call.
