Good and bad
I got charged twice for the filters but only got one set of 6 (but 3, get 3 free). The shower hose and bracket appears to be all plastic, I hope it lasts. The shower itself is lovely, not sure yet how much is due to the removal of chlorine, etc or to the fineness of the jets. A couple of stray streams have happened on the setting with the smallest number of jets, but then stopped.

The shower head does not keep a steady temperature for the water flow
The shower head does not keep a steady temperature for the water flow. The water varies from warm to cool throughout the time of the shower.

WOW! Best pressure ever.
I love the feeling of standing in a monsoon while I'm taking a shower. lol Such great pressure. My guest bath only has a shower curtain, however, and the power coming out of the ion drops showerhead blows the curtain and water goes everywhere. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Disappointed without clarity
My experience has been that dry disappointing. Having made a purchase of the Ion Drop a Showerhead. Made the purchase and followed the tracking of my purchas. The problem started after arriving in the US. The carrier which you employed on date of my supposed delivery I was informed that delivery could not be made “Attempted Delivery, person was not home. The carrier never attempted to deliver to my home all info was correct. And to this day I have not received the product I purchased. Had to go back to Drivse website and send an email with screenshots of what was in the tracking info. Customer Service and their response was they had a high volume of customers and they would reach back out and to this day CRICKETS…SO SO DISAPPOINTED and feel like I was not valued as a customer.
