Even though my first two showerheads exploded, I anxiously await their replacement! Until it broke, it was extremely marvelous allowing me to also get good water to drink too. My friends have been very pleased to even know this kind of thing exists! I have been forwarding my emails to my friends so they can take advantage of the best (in my opinion) the best showerhead out there

Hi Susie, I appreciate you sharing both the excitement about the showerhead and the concern about your previous units failing; I'm glad replacements are on the way, and it means a lot that you've been recommending us to your friends.

scam artist forged two puchases and charged me 80.00 for 4 filters i did not order, then charged me 50.00 for 1 filter they said I signed up for monthly subscription. When I contacted them, they said it was too late to reverse it. Well credit card people been notified for credit card fraud. Stay away from these scammers

When I called the company at +1(202) 936-7393, I was met on the phone with a customer service rep by the name of Desirae. She was sweet, low toned, very courteous, and was very willing to help me with my order. Although I had called with ZERO expectations to make even one purchase, I was able to order 3 items (ION FLOW, SHOWER HOSE & HOLDER, as well as ION FAUCET. Ms. Desirae also provided me the benefit of all available offers. I was very satisfied with Ms. Desirae.
Response from DrivseOct 17, 2026

Yes I believe this is a great product and is the second product I have purchased from them. Now I would like to get a discount on those filters every month. And I will probably buy the device for our sinks too.
Response from DrivseOct 17, 2026
Hi Donald, thank you for your continued support! I'm thrilled to hear this is your second purchase and that you're enjoying the product. It's also great to know you're considering our sink filtration options, and I appreciate you being part of the Drivse family. 😊

Drivse Support immediately responded to me, understood my concern, and quickly resolved my issue within minutes! This is the quickest response from any company ever! And they were polite & professional. I really enjoy their products. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have the Ion Drops Shower Head with hoses and filters. I also have the filters for my bathroom sinks. Seeing the brown filters brings me comfort that it’s no longer going onto my face. I even bought these as Christmas gifts!
