I love the showerhead poor quality I have broken 2 handles from overtighten I'm on my 3erd and its leaking from the head and its only 3 days old.

Cheaply made, overly expensive, if you want to return, you have to ship it back to China at your cost. Seems more like a scam. You can buy the same showerhead. It also includes showerhead holder and connecting hose. At Amazon or Walmart for about $20 that includes all the above and not just the showerhead.

I didn’t request monthly filter, but they send them to me anyway and charge my PayPal account $39.99 each. You can buy 10 on Temu for $7.86 for comparison. The showerhead itself is okay, but the filter is a small paper cylinder that can’t possibly filter the chlorine as it claims, and it certainly shouldn’t cost $39.99. And now I can’t get them or PayPal to stop the scam. I guess I have to take them to court. Any lawyers out there want to start a class action lawsuit?
