DrivseReviews of drivse.com

The water pressure is very good. However I would like to see it made better (metal rather than plastic). I think it would last longer if it were made with less plastic.

I have had no problems so far, the crafting and appearance is esthetically charming and blends well with my decor. I did see a difference on my skin, however I don't see where I can get the filters. Could you help with that? Verna Foster

Well i like the shower heads and im glad we switched. However, the filter price is a little steep for my budget so i cancelled the filter replacements.I got in touch with the company through e-mail and "Leonyvi" was very helpful getting me together.I will do business in the future with the company just from great customer service!

I did receive the new showerhead and just started using it and l liked much better. Did have a problem I ordered additional filters which get changed once a month and without realizing it put me on a subscription order without me realizing it. But I emailed support and cancelled that and they responded very quickly. The only change they should make is make it clear you are signing up for a subscription service I never saw that question.

I had an issue with auto replacement of filters which was handled very promptly by Joyce at customer service. The shower provides an expected soothing shower. My only issue is that the shower head bracket does not swivel and will spray to far horizontally until the head is removed from the holding bracket.

Love love love this shower head. It is awesome. Even put one in my caravan.

Customer BEWARE. If you're going to purchase this product do so through Amazon and NOT directly from DRIVSE. I mistakenly purchased directly from Drivse and they charged me not only for what I ordered ($39.99 showerhead) but then an additional $110+ for a filter subscription which I did NOT sign up for. I caught this charge at my bank and had it Stopped. Here's the kicker... I contacted Drivse and they played stupid about the charge saying they didn't do it and didn't see a charge. A couple days later I go to my bank acct and there's the charge being processed AGAIN! I call my bank, and they tell me Drivse has now submitted the same charge under a DIFFERENT NAME - DRIVSE FX! My bank has Again STOPPED PYMNT on this charge and said it WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AGAIN. These types of co's should be put OUT OF BUSINESS. UPDATE 4/21: I checked my bank account this morning and they did it AGAIN. They changed their name and charged it AGAIN. This is the THIRD time I have stopped payment. This time I have gone a step further. I Highly recommend to AVOID doing business with this company. UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY: I had already contacted DRIVSE regarding this issue and they denied the charge. In my opinion and experience it is way beyond this and I have no desire in dealing with this company any further based upon what they did. Their reply is simply a smoke screen trying to make them appear as if they are an ethical merchant when they are NOT.

I ordered, and I also asked questions about the product and the actual filters afterwards through email, the customer service was perfect answered all my questions
