I love the shower head only issue o have is it sits too high I shower for me. I’m only 5’ . I have to hold it sadly

The advertised shower performance (water pressure and coverage) is woefully below expectation. I have removed the 2 shower heads from my showers.

Every part of the shower head has failed except for the nozzle itself. Although it does spray off center and has several sprayers that are spraying outside the cone. Luckily, I thought, I bought two and thought I could scavenge parts from one to fix the other. I have run out of viable parts. Poorly made product. Would love a refund.

The handle material is sub par. It keeps cracking. First order 2 handles cracked in the first 30 days. The third cracked 8n 45. 2 handles were replaced however 2 of the replacements cracked over the next 60 days.

Cause I couldn’t go lower than 1. Tried to cancel 30 seconds after purchase because I didn’t know it was a reoccurring monthly charge for filters. Worst experience ever Don’t recommend !!
