It was easy to order, delivery took a little longer, but not the companies fault. Great product. A little expensive, but my wife loves it, and does everything as promised.

I'm writing in response to one of your representatives, Patrick. He asked for pics of the problem I was having with the Drivse showerhead. Within a few hours, he forwarded my response to be reviewed by your fulfillment team. He then wrote again updating me that a new shower head was being delivered. Although I have not received a new one as of yet he kept me informed. That was important info. to me. Good job Patrick !! Thanks for such a quick response. The connector peace that you connect the hose to always leeks. It's the peace you connect to your shower head. The connection to my shower head is just fine, but the connector it self is what leaks. In the package you send the shower head, and two other peaces, the hose and the connector. It's the connector that's the problem, it LEEKS!!!

I didn’t realize you would enroll me into automatically order filter tubes for my shower heads. As of right now I have over 20 filter tubes for shower heads that haven’t been installed. Please stop my automatic mailing of the filter tubes. Thank you
