I purchased a rental the day before my trip. When I got there, I called the 800 number and a bus picked me up within 10 minutes. When I got to the rental counter everything went well and the attendant was pleasant and efficient. My car was ready, clean and tank was full. They took a video of the car and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The car was excellent and they texted me throughout the time of the rental to see if I needed to extend my rental. If you want a good rental company, then go with Drivo. Note: Unlimited is only allowed in the metro area. I couldn’t drive to NC, SC or Atlanta, etc. That was a little discouraging.

I rented a car from Drivo on July 2. At that time, I presented proof of insurance. They still demanded a security deposit of a little over $200, to be refunded when the car was returned. This is illegal in NYS. Returned the car on time on July 4 with a full tank of gas. They claimed I had made a 4 inch scratch, and they would not refund my deposit until that issue was resolved. On July 15, they claimed that the damages exceeded $1150. I filed claims with both my primary insurance (GEICO) and secondary coverage with my credit card company. I also filed the NYS DMV-104 report. Drivo still has refused to refund this illegally held deposit. Based on their business practices, I have filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's Consumer Protection unit. They have informed me that there are additional complaints pending against this company.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to the staff and management of the NJ location. I was in PA for work. When I arrived, I asked if I could just put all of my belongings in the car and go check out NYC for a couple of hours.They said normally no but I had explained to them that before my Dad passed away, he and I made plans to go to NYC for the holidays- obviously we never made it. It was always a dream of mine to go. The staff told me how to get there and where to go. I literally lived out my dream in NYC (short lived) but it was even better than I expected. I went to PA for the week to work. When I came back to catch my flight and drop off my car, my phone died and noticed the charger wasn't working. I followed the signs to the airport and couldn't find anyone to help me find the location. I was crying in a gas station parking lot where taxi cab drivers refused to help. All I needed them to do was point me to where I needed to go. Then out of now where and angel said to follow him- we were only 5 min to Drivo. I had 45 min to catch my flight. I'm crying. The man at the Drivo counter said, please stop crying. Louis will take u to the airport." He offered me water and said they would take care of me.Louis calmed me down in the car and took me straight to my gate. I made my flight. I owe a big thanks to the staff. The manager lady, the lady who checked me in, the guy at the counter, Louis, the shuttle driver from Africa. What an amazing experience. I will forever remember this. I want to come for the holidays so I will rent from Drivo. Thank you all so much!

Terrible experience. I was quoted an amount but in the end was charged double because of the price of insurance which was not explained to me at the time of renting. I will never rent a car with Drivo again.

Had a major problem with a different rental company running out of cars. Called up Drivo at the last second desperate to get to find a car to make it to a meeting on time. These guys came through and saved the day.

I rented from Driving 2 weeks ago and everything went smooth. I have been a customer for about a year and will continue to rent from this location. The staff is so friendly, and cars are well maintained.

SCAMMERS‼️ DO NOT BOOK‼️ these guys have you sign electronically to deposits, then put your signature on papers you did not sign‼️‼️ THATS SCARY‼️‼️ they have hidden fees allll over and you will not see them until you drop the car off back to their location.
