That’s the way the product smells and it’s very durable. Wish they had liquid refills that you can get the piece of wood instead of replacing the wood every time.

BAD COMPANY TO WORK WITH-UNETHICAL. The product does not last 30 days, the worst part is that they stole my money by subscribing me in some program, refusing to cancel my order and refusing my return.

The product is good, nice smell and does last but the website and the subscription that it signs you up to is going to lose you some customers. Your customers service staff will lose you the rest. Very unhelpful, not one mention of refunding anyone for money taken out after a subscription has been cancelled. I have looked at fb reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. Sort it out drift!!!!!

The scent is strong and nice. Ordered 2 scents September 11th, they were shipped out on the 19th, and I still don't have them now on the 28th. Idk why it takes nearly a month to ship 2 small car fresheners.

The scent is really nice at first, but it is done within 2 weeks. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, and I canceled it and got confirmation of the cancelation. However, they are STILL sending me notifications that my subscription payment didn't go through (I had switched credit cards in the meantime). Everytime I contact them about it, all they did was confirm that my subscription had been canceled. I finally had to block the emails as I was getting them every second day. I won't be ordering again.

Back in August, I mistakenly placed an order that I thought was one time but was a subscription. I immediately reached out to Drift's "customer service" who told me they had canceled the subscription and I would not receive any orders. Great! Or, so I thought. A month later I receive notice from my credit card company that I've been charged for my monthly subscription. I reached back out to customer service who now tells me "my" order has been placed and there's no way they can cancel the current shipment but that they will cancel future shipments (hmmmm...). I've gone back-and-forth with them repeatedly, pointing out this was not my order, as I was told back in August by their customer service that this subscription had been canceled. They have refused to cancel it, they have refused to give me a refund, and they're only solutions for me to wait for this product to be delivered then go through the process of returning it to them at which point they will refund the money. How do companies like this stay in business?!? Avoid them at all costs.

I was roped into a subscription i did not want. Pacakage arrived and bottles were broken. There was no packing sround the bottles to protect them so of course they broke

Didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription and trying to cancel is nearly impossible. Rlarias3@yahoo .com
