Product is very good however when it came to cancelling my subscription it has take (so far) 3 attempts to cancel

Very happy with Drift and the products they offer. Dealt with Customer Service before concerning my subscription and everything was handled beautifully. As for the products, I highly recommend. Beautiful scents.

Beware placing Drift fresheners on factory car visors. I used Drift stone air fresheners clipped to the visors of my 2024 Ford Maverick and 2024 Ford Bronco. Over time, chemical solvents from the scented blocks leaked, melting and blistering the factory vinyl and foam trim on both vehicle visors down to the plastic substrate. When contacted, Drift customer support admitted in writing that their freshener caused the vehicle damage. However, despite certified, itemized repair estimates from my local Ford dealership totaling $1,090.00 to replace the damaged components, Drift management attempted to impose an arbitrary internal $500 cap on reimbursement. When I rejected the cap and requested senior management escalation, they promised a 24-hour response window and subsequently went silent. Formal complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Inspect your visors if you use these clips.

Website system is garbage. Password reset doesn't even work and support never replies. All i want is the tracking number..

Horrible product that stinks and leaks everywhere. What a nightmare, and they don’t accept returns.

I really like the look and the scent but sadly the scent was completely gone within 48 hrs. This product is too expensive to not work.

Too expensive and DOES NOT LAST 30 DAYS.I live in a very small apartment and it's lost all the fragrance in the first week of use. I gave Drift the benefit of the doubt, and purchased again, sorry to say, the outcome was the same. Too bad, because Grove was a very nice scent and I got alot of compliments from friends and family.

Order DR114193403 I purchased off a deal they were running. Ordered the 23rd of Sept and Oct 6 still no package. The website don’t very user friendly. I had to get tracking off shop which linked to my shop account when I put in my email when ordering. Once I got the tracking it showed my box was at the post office being held. I went to post office to pick up and the box was determined damaged by post office and there were no products in the box. Totally empty. The package wasn’t taped properly so post office attendant said it probably fell out. Went on the website and all they have is an ai agent. No live customer service person or iPhone number. I get it to save $, but if your order doesn’t go well you have to spend the time and effort to go through a time consuming process that doesn’t provide results. Let’s see what the product is like. I’ll update my review.
