Dear Drift, I am raising a formal complaint regarding the transparency of your subscription model at the point of purchase, of which I'll highlight on Social Media. European Law with trading is very different to the USA, however you must comply to the European standard. While I acknowledge that your terms refer to a subscription, the presentation of this information was not sufficiently clear or prominent to allow for informed consent. The primary focus of the offer appeared to be a one-time purchase (e.g. discounted or free product), with the recurring subscription element not given equal visibility. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, key information such as recurring payment obligations must be clearly and prominently disclosed before a transaction is completed. Similarly, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any term that is not transparent and prominent may be considered unfair and therefore unenforceable. In this case, the subscription element was not presented in a manner that meets these standards. As a result, I do not consider that I provided fully informed consent to ongoing charges. I therefore request: Confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled with immediate effect A full refund of any charges taken under this arrangement If this matter is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate the complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority and pursue further action as appropriate. Product is fine, but they trick you into a subscription without your consent. They don't give your money back either. It's a scam.

The wood bars are very good the smells are well thought out I use them on my car and I love the scents

Buyer Beware, even though it says 1 time only order you have a subscription every month that is impossible to cancel. It also smells like chemicals!

I previously commented in a drift review the product they sent me did not last as long I no as it should have,my last purchase just arrived and the product was moist and wet in package ,this is the first package I have actually recieved that's this moist and wet dripping with fragrance thank you drift I knew there was an explanation to the other products ,they wasn't as near as fresh and moist as the one I just recieved ,the package was dry im sure this happens time to time .Thank you for fresh product and keep sending me moist ,wet dripping packages of youre great fragrances.

Decided to try this because the air freshener is inconspicuous and doesn't have something dangling from the rear view mirror. In that respect, it works. In all other respects, it doesn't: 1. It took nearly three weeks to arrive. 2. The scent doesn't last long (about a week). 3. Drift sign you up automatically, without your consent , to a subscription. 4. You can't change the content of the subscription, although I managed to push the renewal back (and now can't change it). 5. You can't even change your credit card details. 6. Drift refuse to respond to emails, despite telling you to contact them. I'm now left in the bizarre position that I'm going to have to dispute the next credit card transaction because they won't respond and will send me something I don't want.

The way the attach to visor is good. Smells good too
