This product is advertised as a premium…
This product is advertised as a premium car air freshener, but in reality it’s nowhere near that standard. The quality is average at best, and the scent performance is extremely poor — it fades very quickly and becomes almost unnoticeable. The biggest issue, however, is the customer service. I contacted them to raise a complaint and received no response at all. Being ignored after raising a genuine issue is unacceptable. Overall, this feels overpriced for what it is, doesn’t deliver on its claims, and is backed up by poor customer support. I’ve had significantly better results from much cheaper alternatives. I would not buy again and wouldn’t recommend to others.
