They enroll you in a subscription without your knowledge. Received a broken item and it’s been over 2 weeks trying to get in contact with a real person. Will never buy from again and I wouldn’t even recommend! Only gave 2 stars because the scent was nice!

Signed up to a promo seen online and there were two payment cycles on my card. Cancelled the subscription after the second cycle when they already sent me a notice that the order was on the way. Never received tracking details, never received the product nor a refund. So essentially they kept the money and the product. Reached out to their support email listed online with my order number, no answer. So I've decided just to share my experience online everywhere I can. Whilst the scent was fine and I left them a favorable comment and note detailing I dont need a subscription car scent they still screwed me out of my money. IMO scent subscriptions arent worth it let alone the hassle to cancel and them keeping your money

When I first started subscribing to drift the product quality was very high-end and the sents all lasted a long time now the sents last maybe one or two days at best the product quality has gone in the toilet, they are obviously cutting corners to increase their profit margin but in the end they will lose their customer base

Product 4/10. If you purchase ensure you're not unknowingly being set up on a subscription. No one on earth wants to a car scent subscription. Scummy

Love the scents and the product overall, but man, they're shady AF! Super slow shipping. Don't tell you you're being enrolled in a monthly subscription, then hard as hell to cancel. AVOID!!

I didn't reorder the product you guys keep charging me and I am trying to cancel it but there's no way to cancel it

It’s a great way to display the air freshener and the sent is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is for the cost, it doesn’t last that long. 🙁
