I should have read the reviews before ordering! I was so excited for this product and believed that the oils were actual natural, essential oils. They are not. These are chemical scents that triggered everyone in our house. Smells like a public bathroom. I ordered two different scents and the dispensers, both were awful. The dispenser format is great, the actual scents are not at all essential oils, full on typical chemical scents. If you "order" please know that you are actually signing up for a subscription. This was not at all clear when I ordered. I received the product, found it to be very chemical and harsh smelling and thought I had only wasted the initial purchase..... until they sent me another order and fully charged me!!!! Apparently it is "somewhere" on their website that you are consenting to an automatic renewal. I tried to cancel immediately and they would not reverse the charges, even though they did not ship the next order until the day after I cancelled. It is a very dishonest approach and the customer service response was essentially "too bad". I have requested a refund several times, they simply ignore my request.

I gave the Drift freshener a try, but the scent was way too strong for me. The lack of a return policy was disappointing, especially since I couldn’t try the scent before buying. Now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use.

Terrible customer service. Don’t get started with them!!!!!! The product doesn’t last and is a gimmick. I am still trying to cancel and there is no one to speak to.

Extremely sneaky in that they sign you up to a subscription, that can then not be cancelled. I had to cancel my bank card to stop the money leaving each month. Really poor. Air freshener smelled nice though 😂

tricked into a subscription while I was thinking its a one time deal. the product is a big lie. its effective for max 7 days. ripping customer off. will never get it it again.

Deceptive business! I tried to return my first and LAST order from this company because I didn’t like the scent. It was within their 14 day window and they’re refusing to refund me. Good thing is I purchased on my credit card, so I will definitely be calling my cc to report this company and their fraudulent return policy. I would NOT recommend them. What is even in there scents? Are they non toxic? Doubt it!! You’re paying to inhale some toxic chemicals every month. Don’t purchase.

Lure you into a subscription and not even warn you of it, the scents are lovely for about a week and then gone and when you try and deal with them about getting refunds or even try and contact them for anything they either ignore your email until it's too late to do anything about it and they dispatched your item and then gaslight making you think it's your fault and don't even offer you any response and just ignore your emails even more frankly disgusting and waste of money don't even bother

Awful. They keep charging you even if it was a one-time purchase. The product is not high quality. Cancelling the mandatory subscription is hard.
