DreamSofa.comReviews of dreamsofa.com

We love our sofa - the color, the fabric, the comfort! It took a while to arrive but we are very happy with it. I had questions along the way and DreamSofa was very responsive in communicating with me.

customer service was very responsive. The panels arrived in a timely manner. The couch is firm — firmer than any we would otherwise have been able to find in store — and well constructed.

The quality of the sofas I purchased is excellent. Exactly what I wanted for a mid-century modern design. The prompt communications, cooperation and assistance with my order provided me with a very good customer experience. I highly recommend DreamSofa.

Love our new couch! So many different options for fabrics. It looks great, and the modular sections make it easy to move and clean. Customer Service was always very responsive.

From the time we ordered to the time we first cuddled up and watched a movie, the only “bad” part was the wait for the delivery because I was so excited! The color, the quality, the comfort, and the beauty were everything we expected. Just the other day, my husband said, “this is the nicest and most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on.” And I most certainly agree!! If I could add photos I certainly would!

Our experience with DreamSofa was fantastic. We got free fabric swatches ahead of time to select the color and style we wanted. After submitting our orders, their team kept in contact to update us throughout the process of our pieces being built. The white glove delivery service was great as well, they scheduled ahead of time and everything went smooth. We’ve been loving our couch and chairs! They are incredible quality and feel luxurious. We would recommend DreamSofa and will likely be getting more pieces in the future. We purchased the Augusta couch and chairs in Derby Taupe fabric.

We purchased a Dover Sofa Sleeper a few months ago and are thrilled with the quality of the firm cushions and pillows as well as the fabric texture and color. It is not only a supportive sofa to sit on - it excellently fits an entire body laying down in resting nap position. The sleeper bed is super easy to extract and put away. The mattress could be more comfortable, our guests say, but I don't know if it's really possible to have an amazing sleeper sofa mattress that truly feels like a real bed. The ordering process was a breeze. The production process was indeed slow but we were okay with the few months we needed to wait. The delivery was smooth. Overall, I would purchase another sofa from DreamSofa and recommend it to others.

I couldn’t be happier with my new sofa! From the very beginning, Alex provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was incredibly responsive and patient, answering every question I had during the design and ordering process. He even went above and beyond by creating and sending me a diagram to make sure he fully understood what I was describing. When I was struggling to choose fabrics, he sent swatch after swatch until I felt completely confident in my decision. Throughout the entire process, Alex kept me updated on the progress of my sofa being made, which made the wait so much easier and more exciting. His communication and attention to detail were outstanding. As for the sofa itself, it’s absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and design details add so much style and character to the room. It’s also built like a tank, incredibly sturdy, durable, and clearly made to last. I customized the size, and surprisingly, it has actually made my room feel larger and more open. One of my favorite features is the pull-out bed. It transforms into a full-size bed effortlessly. It’s so easy to operate that my 10-year-old can pull it out without any trouble. Between the exceptional customer service and the quality of the furniture, I couldn’t recommend this company more highly!
