overall satisfied with experience and product, did lots of comparisons before settling on option and appreciate all the choices available to make final product your own. from order to delivery took about 4 months, delivery team was helpful and communicative as soon as the sofa was in their hands. sofa has been holding up great with regular use coming up on 6 months, some slight pilling on fabric due to frequent brushing/cleaning from dog fur. I do feel that price for the quality of product is great value!

I bought 2 sofas from DreamSofa. DreamSofa makes a high quality sofa with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I upgraded to the Wave cushion as recommended, which I found to be too stiff. The cushions also were a bit wider than the width of the sofa base causing them to stick up in the middle where the cushions met. DreamSofa offered to remake the cushions in the Cloud comfort level and will be sending them.

I did so much research when I was looking to purchase a new sofa. I read reviews and every bit of info I could find on my various options. I ordered a bunch of samples from Dreamsofa and was convinced I know what I'd order. After what seemed like forever, (totally my impatience) my samples arrived and I was so completely wrong. I had randomly ordered the Andrew fabric in the shade lemon drop. It was perfection and everything that I didn't even realize I wanted. It's actual sunshine in a couch. From there, I deliberated over the sofa style in size for a week or so. The Brussels panel sofa was the one I just couldn't get out of my brain, so I finally took the plunge and ordered it. Was it expensive? Absolutely, but the quality was supposed to be so good that I could measure it in pennies per day if I can make this thing last for about 15 years. My goal was to "buy it for life" and I think we're going to make it. It's beautiful and so comfortable. My cats have claimed it for their own and one always steals my corner spot if I happen to get up. The ordering process was mostly simple, though I did have to contact customer service to ensure the correct fabric was ordered as it had been taken off the website by the time I placed my order. They were very responsive and kept me in the loop during the process. They were even able to let me add the white glove service after I realized I didn't want to deal with unpacking it all myself. Do yourself a favor and get that. They get in and out so quickly and leave your house clean of boxes and packaging. I love this couch. My only regret is not getting a bigger one. I'll probably remedy this by ordering a matching chair instead.

Customer service kept us informed throughout, and the delivery was smooth—even with some challenging corners to maneuver around. This sofa gets a lot of daily use; it's not just our relaxation space, but where I work with my laptop all day. I'm writing this after having the sofa for some time, and it's still in excellent shape, with only a slight loss of cushion firmness in the most-used areas. The sofa is high quality construction in a style that I love at a reasonable price + made in the USA with great customer service. If you've been shopping for furniture, you will recognize that this is rare. We had some issues with the delivery company soiling the fabric. Clyde was assigned to our support case. He communicated with us regularly and answered our emails promptly. He worked diligently on our behalf to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. One thing to note is that this is not "fast furniture". You must be patient while your semi-custom furniture is constructed, quality-checked, shipped and delivered. We ordered in early April and the sofa was delivered in early July. In my opinion, it's definitely worth the wait.
