Hello Emily, Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are sorry that the shoes don't fit for you. Our sizes are regular size, depending on the individual,a different size may be necessary to accommodate their physical features. The buyer will need to consider contributing factors in accordance with the product design when selecting a size. I understand that you are not satisfied that you should pay the return shipping cost. Sorry, our shoes on the official site don't support free returns. We displayed the return policy on the product page. Here is our return policy for your reference. https://dreampairshoes.com/pages/return-refund-policy We did not move the return warehouse without notifying customers. Our current return address remains the original address. According to our investigation, your package was returned because the warehouse did not meet the Royal Mail deadline when receiving the returned package, and your package was proactively returned to the sender by Royal Mail. We have contacted the customer to inform them of the reason why the package may have been returned. And for this situation, compensation measures are provided. The option we offered is to cover the returned shipping fee if you return the item again. A full refund will be issued once the product has been received at our facility and inspected. If our customers are unwilling to return items again, we will actively seek other solutions. My apologies for any confusion caused. We can't proactively contacted you because we were unable to locate your order. Would you mind contacting us and provide us your order number? And we will do our best to resolve the issue for you and issue the refund to your order. I would like to attach our email address for the support team. [email protected] I look forward to solving this issue with you and hope to hear from you. Best Regards, Dream Pairs Customer Care Team
