Costumer service
Costumer service was very helpful and responded quickly when I was having difficulties shipping an item back. They gave me multiple options I can do to return, which I liked, and a percentage off my next purchase due to the mishap.

Satisfied with customer service and quality!!
I ordered some knit flats in red and some boots. Unfortunately, I received the pair of flats in navy. I sent an email to the support team and they responded within an hour that they received my message. Then the next day I received a very organized and informative response thoroughly correcting the situation with a few different options! The customer service, quality and comfort of the shoes is precise and I’m very pleased with my purchases. They sent me a free return label as well. I can’t wait to get my beautiful, comfy red flats!

I ordered two pairs of shoes one for me…
I ordered two pairs of shoes one for me and one for my sister. The shoes delivered quickly and my shoes fit me perfectly but my sisters didn’t fit her well. I decided to return the shoes and the workers were so nice and calm when working on the return with me!

Atencion al Cliente,
Mi hijo me pidió un par de tenis de Futbol, desde que los vio se enamoro de esos tenis, lo pedí por Amazon, pero llegaron del mismo pie, me sentí super mal porque el lo esperaba con tanto entusiasmo, pero lo mejor de todo es que me puse en contacto con el servicio al cliente y desde el primer contacto me ayudaron a solucionar el inconveniente, me siento feliz porque mi hijo puede tener sus tenis y jugar al futbol. Shoes from Amazon
I ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon. When I received them, it appeared that they had been worn. I contacted customer service and they immediately gave me a refund. I appreciated the quick response, kindness and professionalism they showed and was very happy with the whole process.

Quality Response!
The customer service folks were extremely helpful and helped me to return an item quickly. I knew I was talking to a person! Currently waiting for a different size and hoping all is well when that arrives.
