Hello there, We are truly sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience you had with us. Ordering 3 pairs of shoes but only receiving 1, followed by having to file a claim via Amazon Pay to protect your rights. We fully understand your caution regarding our request to drop the claim; after all, safeguarding your rights is every consumer’s top priority, and your vigilance is completely justified. We would like to clarify the reason behind our request to "drop the claim," as this was never an attempt to "rip you off". Since we promised to refund you, this means the issue has been resolved, so we ask that you withdraw the claim. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Dreampairs Customer Care Team
