I love the cross legged downix chair! Specially I can't sit comfortable with my legs dangling, I'm changing posture every 5 minutes and this chair is perfect for it It's like a sofa! 100% Recommend

I ordered two chairs about 7 months ago one for myself and one for my spouse. Both arrived fast and very easy setup only took me about an hour to setup both. I had a small issue about a month ago with the massage lumbar cushion and reached out to customer service after sending them a video of the issue they replaced the item free of charge. The replacement arrived fast and the customer service was excellent! I would purchase both again 5 out of 5 stars for great product and service!

The website says there are two options for return: a prepaid label or courier collection service. "You may choose the option that is most convenient for you. Detailed return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved." I am trying to return a chair that came STAINED. I ask for further instructions and they answer back saying they do not recommend returning it since the return process is complicated and I'll have to pay fees, and that they hope I can keep it or resell it, offering me a refund of 50€ (the chair was 200€ and came stained, remember). The most unserious company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Extremely disappointing, NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

The product I bought did not satisfy my needs, and the customer service took a bit of time to reply. However, they delivered quality and commitment to me by doing a full refund which I really appreciate. thanks

I can only recommend everyone NOT buy from this store. The product did not meet the description and was very aggressive on my skin, but the company until now has not repaid my full refund, nor do they answer my emails. I have to make an appeal to the EU consumer protection rights court; otherwise this company will just scam like it did here. I bought a gaming chair. Requested a return/refund, the company just paid me less than half of the products' worth and now ignores my appeals. Very unprofessional support. Please take this serious and do NOT buy from this store

Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht teilen. Lieferung innerhalb von Zwei Werktagen. Aufbau war kinderleicht. Mein Sohn ist Mega begeistert von dem Stuhl.
