I am happy with the product quality. There were couple of reasons why i gave 3 stars, first of all my order took unusually longer time to arrive. When it did arrive, it was incomplete and i had to go through the process of return and repurchase which was not fun. Also, it was inconvenient to not get customer service when you need it, such as having customer service contact or phone number. I was being helped by email but it takes 24 hours for the rep to get back to me and i would rather just call and sort everything out on a call quickly.

Shipping was very fast, I was pleasantly surprised when it came in just under a week. The chaise is awesome and I’m so happy I found it here because it was about $200 less than some other sites I’d found it on. Bonus that they offer Sezzle, very happy
