I purchased a 59” wicker/glass table…
I purchased a 59” wicker/glass table and I’m not happy with the product or their customer service. It took weeks to deliver and now it’s taking weeks to return it. Dot & Bo keeps telling me that they’re waiting for a response from the manufacturer before I can send it back. This is totally unacceptable and I’m hesitant to recommend this company to anyone.

Hello Frank Roubo, After looking in to this issue it looks like you stated the table ordered was not the correct color. This item is only available in one color and the photos you provided look, to us, the same color/description as the listing. Pictures aren't accurate and returning is a nightmare
Christmas came within a decent time frame but the pictures on the site are a far cry from reality After hours (literally) trying to get it fluffed to it's full potential it still wasn't much better than a Charlie Brown tree. I could easily see the floor and the walls behind it I tried the auto return link on the site and they wanted $56 to return it. $56 dollars for a less than $300 item. No way they aid that to ship it to me and no way I should have to pay that to ship it back Now I'm in a "3 business day wait for customer support to respond AVOID DOTANDBO AT ALL COSTS

Slow delivery
We ordered a patio set, which was on sale. The table arrived rather quickly; a few days after placing the order, but the chairs have not come for weeks. As the matter of fact, we're still missing a few chairs. I texted, called, and emailed the company, but replies came as stock responses.

Poor customer service
Ordered a metal bed frame. It took 3 months to get. No communication. When I received it, it was damaged. I emailed the company. No response. Would not buy from them again. They did reply today after leaving this review, but did not address the issues.

Haven’t received my item
My order was supposed to arrive 2 days ago so I called Fedex and they said that this company has not called for them to pick up any items and that they haven’t received any items with my tracking number on it. I love their items but if I can’t trust that they will ship on time then I will not be ordering from them again.

Wrong item received
My first time orders and I received the wrong item. Also, the quality of the item I received was poor. I won’t order anything again.
