Without using your fantastic goods, you have tonnes of nice products that touched my spirit, I can not stay. I encourage you to improve the quality of your website graphics, please.

I did not receive my umbrella for days after receiving the base. When I contacted Dot & Bo, I received no reply. I checked with the shipping company as well as Dot & Bo, and both websites showed the shipment of both the umbrella and base had been delivered. After multiple attempts to get a response from customer service, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. After that was filed, customer service finally responded to me. I have since received the umbrella, and the product is very nice, but the lack of response from customer service until after i filed the credit card dispute was very disappointing.

I am happy with the product quality. There were couple of reasons why i gave 3 stars, first of all my order took unusually longer time to arrive. When it did arrive, it was incomplete and i had to go through the process of return and repurchase which was not fun. Also, it was inconvenient to not get customer service when you need it, such as having customer service contact or phone number. I was being helped by email but it takes 24 hours for the rep to get back to me and i would rather just call and sort everything out on a call quickly.

This loveseat looks exactly as pictured and seems to be sturdy, but the backrest would not stay upright it wanted to recline. It was constructed and tightened correctly but husband had to drill holes and brace it Up to keep it in stationery upright position

I sent a request for a refund several days ago and still have not received any information on shipping it back. The product was okay but didn't look good in our room.

Took awhile to process and ship my order compared to other companies. I needed to return it, wasn't the right color, so I filled out a return request form. It's been over a week and they are still "processing" my return request. I gave 3 stars because Dot & Bo could improve their speed.
