My colleagues and I ordered some products from the website in November, but the delivery was taking too long, so I reached out to the support team in early December and they issued a second package right away. The second package took a few weeks and arrived right before Christmas. The first package, which we thought was lost, arrived during the holidays. I reached out to let them know about the first package arrival, and they let us keep it as a token of apology for the delays, which we accepted with joy. We are more than satisfied with the quality of the products, packaging and customer service, and would recommend Dossier to friends and family.

Los paquetes llegan en corto tiempo, tuve la desgracia de que pedí 3 fragancias y 2 de ellas no fueron de mi agrado pero todo el proceso de devolución fue muy sencillo y atención a cliente fue muy eficiente, muy amables y contestan súper rápido! Volvería a comprar mil veces en Dossier!❤️❤️❤️

I loved the scents I ordered! Delivery was quick, and company very responsive. I was a bit nervous since I saw online reviews that mentioned customers being 'signed up for memberships' that were not requested. So far, I have not had that experience but will keep an eye on my credit card.

Primera vez incursionando en fragancias alternativas... me parece una opción amigable de relacionarte con otros aromas sin tener que romper el cochinito. En mi caso omití datos en la dirección de envío... la entrega se retrasó... pero reconozco el acompañamiento por parte de dossier, y finalmente entregamos el regalito a tiempo. .... y lo mejor es que las fragancias son deliciosas

Horrible company, very shady business. Send me a damage fragrance, guess what their answer was after make me wait 12+ hrs after claiming they were gonna escalate to their senior customer manager, you return it and we will charge $3.99 per item for a mistake they made. Yeah that sound very reasonable. Ghosted me after not holding their hand and calling them out. AVOID AVOID!! Update: Thks for sending absolutely nothing into my inbox thx for trying to cover up for being a shady company. Thx a lot. Great way to start off the yr.

Best customer service I got a response to my email very fast and my problem was resolved very quick and easy.

I will not ever purchase from this company again. I initially ordered 3 colognes for Christmas gifts 2 of them were fine.However , the third one was very obviously opened and used i contacted support and they corrected it by sending another one. However, the shipper they used through my package somewhere else in a parking lot, nowhere near my apartment, so now I never got my replacement And the h r team never messaged me back.
