I love the fragrances themselves, but I've experienced major issues with package delivery. My orders shipped via OnTrac have repeatedly been left in completely unsecured areas, requiring me to rely entirely on neighbors bringing packages to my door just to actually receive them. When I reached out to customer support to provide feedback about the recurring delivery vulnerability with this specific carrier, I was simply told that they use an automated system and wash their hands of any responsibility for who delivers their products. While customer service did eventually process a replacement for a missing package, refusing to acknowledge or look into carrier reliability means I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere until they partner with more reliable shipping services.

Estoy decepcionado de la duración que tiene. Solo son como 30 min después el aroma se va. Respecto a la formula si me agrado.

I received two perfumes and one was great, it smelled just like the perfumes that it’s supposed to replicate. The other perfume was another thing, 0 smell except the smell of alcohol. I reached out to the customer service and was told that the product is not able to be returned due to it being part of a sample sale, and I can respect that. What I can’t accept is ordering a perfume and getting a bottle of rubbing alcohol. If the quality was bad it would be one thing, but it’s not even perfume. I’m incredibly disappointed, I would leave 1 star if it wasn’t for the other perfume being good.

Ya lo he dicho en correos, pero confirmo: en mi segunda compra con Dossier, una fragancia resultó decepcionante (no olía a nada) y se los hice saber. Me dijeron que no podían hacer nada (no devolución, no descuento, bono ni cupón para una siguiente compra), y me dieron recomendaciones para ponerme bien la fragancia. Gracias, pero esperaba más.

Never received my order. Felt like I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Won't be purchasing from here again.

The perfumes do not last long at all. Maybe 1 hr at best. Better spend on real perfume. I bought 9 bottles.. ended up using them as air freshener

I order a bottle in June which was very nice, smells like Chanel. However I just happened to check my credit card and they had charged $42 to it for “membership” I bur Inever signed up for the membership. Switch and BAIT, be very careful. Told me I had an account but I never signed up for one. They do respond via what App only. Gave me a link to cancel now let’s see if I get a refund. If not credit card dispute. Be very careful
