Tudor helped fix my issue ASAP

Today I received my new fragrances, and unfortunately I wasn’t a fan of 2 of them. I reached out to customer service and I got promptly fast responses. Mike and Tudor both helped me not only go over choices of replacements but also helped me with the return! Very quick, very helpful and proficient service. Loves it

I had a bit of a confusing experience checking out with the Shop app. It made it look like I had duplicated the order and purchased the exact same thing twice. I emailed Dossier’s help desk right away, and was fairly quickly taken care of to straighten out the order and make sure I only got what I needed one time. Tudor was particularly helpful in sorting things out in a very polite and courteous manner. Thanks for taking care of me, I look forward to many future purchases.

Tuve un problema con mi domicilio al concretar la compra , me contacte por WhatsApp y me modificaron el domicilio espero que en la entrega si lleguen a la puerta de mi casa

Everything about my experience has been great! The Parfumes smell great and the quality (of the Parfume and the packaging itself) is amazing! I will definitely order again :) Alles an meiner Erfahrung war großartig! Die Parfums riechen fantastisch und die Qualität (sowohl des Parfums als auch der Verpackung) ist hervorragend! Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen :)

Tuve un problema con la ubicación de envío y lo resolvieron al instante, todavía no me llega el pedido pero por ahora puedo decir que muy buena atención al cliente 🥰🥰

i ordered a few months ago and wanted a full refund for the perfumes, it states on their website even after a few sprays you can return it if you don’t like the scent. so that’s exactly what i wanted to do. nearly a whole year later no refund no contact 🤣🤣 absolute joke

Fragrances are top notch and return/exchange process was seamless. This is my 5th fragrance of theirs I have purchased. The price makes it easy to experiment with fragrances I’ve always wanted to try.
