Went in to apply for a loan the process was quick and smooth

It took way too long to get the debit cards. The first one she attempted to make didn’t work because she forgot to turn the machine on. We were just irritated with the whole process.

Mary was extremely helpful and nice. Would recommend her for any member services!!

At our appointment time the branch manager took a walk in member which happened to be a new account that Took 30 minutes. We make appointments so it fits our schedule and with the Covid pandemic we were really not comfortable sitting and waiting. We were very shocked at the customer service that we received at that point. Although while in the office we were treated respectfully, getting to that point was uncomfortable.

Never a problem when I have to vusit inside always fast friendly and very helpful.
