Not just a bank, they get to know the customers. Nick in lending deserves a RAISE OR PROMOTION!! He took the time to get to know me. I’ve been a 700 credit score and I’ve been a 480, Nick took the time to get to know my personal situation. During a few rough years, I almost sold my collectible car. Nick worked for me and got my car refinanced!!! Now it’s almost mine!! Thank you Nick!! I’m on good times again and I still have my Challenger!!

I went to Dort Financial with trepidation as my previous experience at the Grand Blanc location more than a year ago was not good. Bottom line, I was delighted with the service and professionalism at the Orion Township location. Elizabeth, who helped me complete the transaction, was outstanding. Everything was done to my satisfaction and was completed in a very reasonable time. I could not be more pleased!

Owosso Customer Service I have been a customer of Dort for 3 years. During the time I have ran into minor and major problems mostly your online system but with also my debit card being used illegally. At times I considered to transfer to another financial company. However, I discovered that you and I, are lucky to have a person consider right in the Owosso Dort to share a problem with customers such as I. The Customer Service lady, Vanessa, has always been outstanding help. Always very friendly and welcoming regardless how her own concerns are. I had the best experience ever with Jody and Amber at the Hill road location in Burton. I came In extremely nervous but on a referral from a friend. They stated that Dort had the best F&B among any other credit union that they tried and the best customer experience. I was slightly nervous about going in due to my current bankruptcy and not having luck finding a financial institution willing to work with me. Not only did you guys work with me, I am blown away at the benefits and programs available to me as a member here. The $1000 loan option you’re offering will be life changing! Truly! These two lovely ladies were extremely professional, courteous, and patient. I had a million questions about the process and your programs and they answered each one! I never once felt like a number with you guys. They took the time and explained the programs that could benefit me the most given my interesting and different financial situation I’m currently experiencing. My appointment lasted at least an hour and was so informative. I am so happy to finally find a financial institution that sees me as a person instead of a number. Thank you Jody and Amber! I will see you ladies in 90 days to take out my first loan! ❤️
