Bill got the ball rolling with my car loan. I had never bought a car online before, and the process was not that easy. I had to make an urgent call, which Sherry answered. We got a rep from the car company on the phone, and Sherry walked through everything needed with him, and then made it all happen in a couple of hours. Since closing the downtown branch the State Street facility is overwhelmed. Slow in the drive up ( 20 minutes in line with only 1 care ahead of me). Tried inside and the customers were almost to the door. Hire more Tellers!!!
