My appointment was due to fraud on my account. The lady that helped me was great. She cancelled out my debit card and opened another. It was a relief to me to get it taken care of so quickly. Thank you!

Matt that was the underwriter was very patient with me and responding quickly every time I needed him. This is the reason I only get my loans and do my banking with Dort. Everyone is pleasant to work with and very helpful!

I arrived at 9am and was the only person. The representative helped me immediately. The process was easy, efficient and seamless. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'll always do my main banking at Dort Federal 🙂

This specific Dort center I was at was absolutely extravagant. The cleanliness of the place was impressive and the front desk receptionist was welcoming and kind as soon as I walked in, along with another associate passing me by, greeting me. I was expecting the same type of courtesy when it came to the banker helping me, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It was awkward trying to talk to her because she had no interest in trying to find out my financial priorities and "why" I chose Dort. The only questions that were asked were the ones she needed to open up my account, but I was of absolutely no interest to Arlene, sadly. Tried small talk, didnt work; she seemed annoyed and was silent. She never asked what I was needing to do. She opened up both a checking account and savings. I initially told the front desk receptionist I came to my appointment just to open up a savings, but Arlene proceeded with opening up an additional account I didnt ask for. Nothing was communicated apparently and nothing was asked...and I unfortunately will most likely be going to a different center to speak with someone else.

I am disgusted with Dort Financial. My wife and I applied for a mortgage, they pulled our credit and never contacted us or sent us anything in the mail. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I even emailed Mary from the Fenton office and she never responded. So we are way past the time to look into other mortgage companies without it hurting our credit and Dort Financial was no where to be found. Terrible customer service and mortgage team and thanks for marking up our credit for no reason at all!
