It is not uncommon for it to take your body a bit of time to adjust to sleeping on a new surface and may feel firmer in the beginning. Your topper is made of really high quality foams, so these take a little while to begin to "break-in" and start to adjust to your body. The only thing PREMIUM about this product is the price
This mattress pad is too thin to be called PREMIUM. I am going back to my foam rubber pad.

The mattress topper is very comfortable
The mattress topper is very comfortable, well constructed and meets our needs. However we almost passed on trying it out due to the never ending commercial. In our humble opinion. A shorter commercial which gets to point and price line would have prompted us to order without the need to convince us once we made the phone call.

This is our 2nd topper
This is our 2nd topper. So nice! Dormeo tried to replace the 1st one, but we didn't meet the requirements. Still did us right. LOVE IT!
