Very Hard
This top maybe good for someone with real bad mattress that need more support. But if you are looking for a soft topper to cradle your body , this is not it. very firm ( even hard) and uncomfortable.

It is not uncommon for it to take your body a bit of time to adjust to sleeping on a new surface and may feel firmer in the beginning. Your topper is made of really high quality foams, so these take a little while to begin to "break-in" and start to adjust to your body. After 2-3 weeks, the foams will be adjusted to you and the way you like to sleep. I dont feel comfortable
I dont feel comfortable. Seems worse on my back.

Problems with mattress covers and and poor seaming on one pillow case. (Don Odom))
The cover sleeps good. One thing I did not expect is the cover has a hard place still in the middle that will not lie down flat with the rest of the cover. Both queen covers has the same problem. I am glad we don't sleep together. It works ok as long as you don't roll over to the middle of the bed. The other problem is ( One of the pillar cases has a hole where the hem is attached to the remainder of the pillow case. The hole is caused by poor seaming. (Donald G. Odom)

The mattress is awesome but it was…
The mattress is awesome but it was delivered in partially broken box and partially ripped wrapping leaving the mattress exposed during shipment. Luckily everything looks okay but when you are paying this much for anything, you would think these little things would be looked out for.

Please be assured that the product itself is wrapped in a plastic vacuum seal and duffle bag to prevent any damage that occurs during transit. The box is expected to go through some wear and tear but will of course vary depending on the handling during shipment. Our packaging is designed so that the box can take the brunt of the damage without the product itself being affected.
