It dose help keep me cool at night. I just wish they would tell me or put somewhere on the packaging etc if there is a specefic end that is the "top" or "bottom" and if i can switch it without any negative effects.

Thank you for your review. We do recommend to rotate the topper from head to foot 180 degrees to ensure there is minimal wear on the Octaspring once every 6 months, as the head and foot end of the topper are interchangeable. The topper cannot be flipped however, as the signature Recovery Foam layer is on one side only. The Dormeo logo on the cover should be facing up. We hope this can help.

I ordered your topper because I wanted to improve my sleep as I am a side sleeper. Your topper was supposed to help but instead sadly I wake up in the morning with both my side hip and side shoulder hurting in pain. I was hoping your topper would have been softer adding to my comfort. Very disappointed in your product!!

Thank you for your review, I see that this order was delivered to you recently. It is not uncommon for it to take your body a bit of time to adjust to sleeping on a new surface and may feel firmer in the beginning. Your topper is made of really high quality foams, so these take a little while to begin to "break-in" and start to adjust to your body. After 2-3 weeks, the foams will be adjusted to you and the way you like to sleep. If you still experience discomfort after this time, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 1-888-885-2036.
