Good service, shipping and topper
Shipping was quick and topper was packaged well. So far we have been pretty pleased with the product We put it on top of a sinking mattress that already had a topper. Think we will flip the mattress and remove the original topper to see if it improves the experience As it confirms to your body, it also confirms to the imperfection in the mattress. We think this change will make it perfect.

That's great to hear you have been enjoying the comfort of your topper. We generally recommend using the Dormeo Premium Mattress Topper directly on the mattress with no extra toppers or layers between them, as this will help the topper provide support.

They do exactly what they promised!
Amazingly fast customer services responses. We were so looking forward to our topper, when I measured, I did not think about he built in headboard in our RV. When we went to put the topper on the bed, it would not fit because it would not fit under the headboard causing it to hang over almost 3 inches. We were so disappointed and worried about returning it. Customer Service took care of us, gave up options, one included donating to a good cause which we were able to do. THANK YOU. PS: The topper was amazing.

Recommendation for Dormeo
Even though the product did not work for me, the return process was painless. Following the instructions given, which were clear, a full refund was granted. The customer care team was wonderful. I would highly recommend Dormeo to anyone that asked about a quality company for mattress toppers and any other items they provide.
