I am still undecided
I am still undecided. I am noticing it is creating a void in the topper and it is hard to get out of it.

I love the mattress cover
I love the mattress cover, but it in no way cools, it has no cooling factor to it in any way. So that is a total false advertising! This actually gets hot to the point you have to throw the covers off!

If it hasn’t, airflow can be restricted, reducing its effectiveness at expelling hot air and drawing in cooler air. A helpful tip is to try walking gently on the topper—this can help decompress the Octasprings and improve airflow. Another option to consider is the type of sheets/covers you're using. Breathable fabrics like cotton or bamboo work best to enhance ventilation. The worst experience that I ever had…
The worst experience that I ever had buying a mattress ! The worst customer service and delivery service !!!!! They called me to schedule the delivery and after that no more follow ups and or returning emails and calls. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks. I wish I spent 3000 dollars somewhere else! There are so many good mattress companies out there to have to deal with this lack of professionalism.
