Great topper from a company with great service
First of all, I ordered the wrong size. I thought that my bed was a California king. We were extremely excited to get the new topper, but when we placed it on the bed, it was not the right size. I was devastated. I called them up and told them that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. They quickly took care of the problem and sent me another topper. Excellent service much more than I expected considering that it was my fault. Well, we’ve slept on the topper a few nights and I have to say it is wonderful. With my old topper, I would wake up every night feeling like the bed was on fire, hot and sweaty, flipping my pillow to cool off, often having to just get up and stay up a while until the heat got out of the bed. That does not happen with the Dormeo topper. It’s cool, it’s very comfortable and my husband and I both are sleeping the whole night through.
