You won’t get your refund
Dormeo does not honor their own return policy. First, though they claim you can sleep on it for up to 100 nights and still get a refund, this isn’t true. I asked for a refund in well less than 100 days and didn’t get one. Then they claim that you have to donate it and send them proof to get the refund. Most places won’t take a used mattress topper and they know it. So you jump through hoops to find somewhere to donate it and they still don’t refund.

Mattress Topper for college student and athlete
We just moved our daughter into her dorm and her Dormeo mattress topper and protective pad are a HIT! After suffering a stress fracture of the spine, she underwent surgery almost 3 years ago and has 2 rods, 6 screws and spacer in her lower back. The surgery enabled her to continue playing sports in HS and she will continue playing lacrosse in college. She said she has slept great and her suite mates have also commented on how comfortable her bed looks and feels. Hopefully, this “magic mattress topper” lasts the entire year and more! K Hallas

I have only had my mattress topper for…
I have only had my mattress topper for three days and I’m blown away how much better my sleep is. I was having major back pain because my other topper was older and the first nite sleeping on this new one I was pain free.
