Ordered our mattress topper 09/01/2025 and received it 09/04/2025. Per instructions, unrolled it and let it sit for 24 hours to decompress. Put it on the bed and slept the entire night for the first time in years. Thank you, Dormeo.

I found it no better then a 3 inch foam mattress topper that you can purchase for 1/3 of the price at other retail stores.

We're sorry to hear your sleep wasn't improved by our Premium Mattress Topper. We recommend checking that your sheets and any layers over the topper are made from a breathable material, such as cotton or bamboo. Otherwise, our Octaspring cooling technology will not be able to provide the airflow necessary to keep you cool throughout the night.

The premium mattress topper arrived in decently good time I followed the instructions on how to set up the new mattress topper. It does feel very nice on top of my mattress and it is almost kind of heavy. It feels very good to lay on the new mattress topper and I have been getting the best sleep since I have gotten this topper.
