As others have said, I can't believe I fell for this scam of a company. This is such a bummer because the piano I bought is beautiful - however - the power button is bunk so I requested a refund. Their website boasts a "100% risk free 30 day trial" with all their products, but this does not seem to be the case. After not hearing back from their email for days, I called and spoke to a girl who clearly had a "scammer script" right in front of her. I expressed, multiple times, over and over, that I wanted to return the item and utilize their 100% satisfaction policy. She wouldn't accept my request and kept saying she wanted to send a replacement part instead. After minutes of going back and forth, she finally said, "Okay fine, you can do the return, but all the shipping costs are on you. It will be very expensive. So how about the replacement part?" I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company, as well as Klarna (the payment plan company I used) and I'll also be reporting them to the FTC for being scammers.

We purchased an electric piano (Donner DDP-200 Wooden 88 Key Dynamic Graded Hammer Action Weighted Upright Digital Piano for Professional) in May for Mother’s Day, but did not open it or set it up until early July because we were replacing the floor in the area the piano would live. It was kept safe area inside the home until we were ready for it. They keyboard had several keys that would not bounce back up after they were played. I sent an email and heard nothing back until I finally got fed up and filled out a negative review that their automated email sent out. They sent me a replacement piano that has the exact same problem, so this time I requested a return label and a total refund, twice, but there has been no response. I will be calling my credit card and disputing the charges very soon if this ghosting continues.

Doesn't turn on. Way too much $ for a useless piece of sh..t.

Their support is as awful as others have said. They closed my account despite recent purchases, and they ask for screen shots to see why you can't log in. Then it stops dead in its tracks right there. They leave you hanging. The response time is abhorrent. No mas! Take note that all of their replies both here and via email are canned, nonsensical, and not the least bit helpful. They are a Chinese company that has very few employees who speak intelligible English. They truly don’t care. This is a game to them.

I had bought a Donner DED200 in April of 2022 and at first it was very nice, however, after just a few months of light playing, things started to go bad. First, the bass drum would no longer register. I called customer support to see if they could resolve this issue and they told me I would have to fix it. Next, my snare drum would constantly register that I would be hitting the rim of the drum, even when directly hitting in the center of the drum. I had called customer support to try and warranty it out because it was defective, and I was told to just switch the drum to a tom position. Then the headphone jack started to malfunction. It would sound like I'm in a highly reverberated room. Now the power receiver will only work in ONE VERY SPECIFIC SPOT, which of course is impossible to get it to stay on now. All around, I horribly regret spending any money on it. Seriously, save yourself the money, time, and headache, and buy a better quality electric drumset. I will NEVER recommend their product to anyone.

I ordered and received a Donner DEP 20 piano. I must say the piano seems good for the price. But there is a glitch in the software i.e. after it gets warm the LCD screen freezes and the changes made (which seem to function correctly) do not appear on the screen. Cycling the power switch corrects this for a few moments and then the screen freezes again. Frustrating to have on a brand new piano delivered last week. An email to Donner got an email reply very much like the others reported here as to them saying we are sorry for the problem and will address it immediately, please send a video of the problem you are having. No response after that. None. I've sent four emails and no response. I called twice this morning and their phone doesn't ring it actually sounds like it is recording and repeating what you say as if the phone is off the hook. Weird thing going on there. I'm greatly disappointed as this product seems to be a good one (if working as advertised) and they have other products that myself and others are interested in. But if the customer service continues to be this bad I will pay for better equipment that receives quality support.

Company sent the wrong item, a maple body guitar. I ordered a black guitar, as was clearly stated in the description of the product. I was told I ordered the wrong SKU, even though the description said black. They keep saying its my fault for not checking the SKU, even though, again, the product description clearly says black. They want me to pay return shipping even though the error is clearly on their end. Very poor customer service as this has been ongoing for over a week now. Update: there was not a follow email sent. Same runaround from customer service.

i just recieved a ddp-80 digital piano, i have been playing piano for years but the sound of this piano is very bad to me, it has no reverb or depth and has a very very dry sound. actually i don’t understand why customers have to return the product on their own cost !! this is rediculous ! its a 60 lb package !! Donner don’t have a place where customers can physically try out instruments lively !! Free returns are the least right for us! when i called the customer service they told me you could have heard the piano’s sound on youtube !! do u believe that?!! This piano’s live sound is extremely awful comapared to it’s sound on youtube. Do not ever buy from donner !! very disappointed !!
