Over the X.Mas Period was busy..my order seemed to be delayed. I contacted them..they immediately..said any problem we will ship another item out...They did and received it quickly...Ian Very Happy..Will do more business with them.. Very Competitive..Tom

First, the company did solicit me to write a review. The looper pedal only worked partially when I got it. I notified them and they told me to update the software. I tried doing this and the update did not load properly and now the pedal does not function at all. They asked me to make a video showing the problem which I did and they still have not sent me a return number and address. I am calling my credit card company to start a complaint and get a refund.

I order 4 items tutti love, pedal tuner, mini eq, noise suppressor. I received tutti love and noise suppressor. I have been emailing for over two weeks for my remaining product. Yuki provided me with a fake ups and FedEx tracking number. I provided my order number for donner deals and he said it would be handled. So far I get no to little contact an email saying I ordered from Amazon when I ordered from donnerdeal he also states my package left Carolina and is coming to Missouri. I don't live no where near Missouri I am closer to new York and Canada. I have supplied all info and this yuki fellow is scamming me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DONNER IS A SCAM OR THEIR PEOPLE ARE AT LEAST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM ARTIST. I will not do business with them on a scale of 1-10 I give a zero

After seeing the low prices, reading reviews, and watching several Youtube videos I decides to take a chance and buy some of Donnerdeal's products. I purchased two of their Yellow Fall Delays, one Blues Drive, and Donner's Pedal board. I received all of these items except the pedal board. The pedals arrived in a very timely manner and I am very happy with them. I received an email from Donnerdeals on January 20th letting me know the pedal board was out-of-stock and refunding my money. My only complaint is that it took 3 weeks after I ordered for them to communicate with me at all to let me know what was going on with my order. They made it right and I appreciate that. I will order from them again soon!
