DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

I ordered from donnerdeal.com 3 times. The Noise Killer pedal, the DP3 power supply and one pedalboard (birthday present for a bandmate). All the orders were shipped within 2 days with tracking number, all are good.. no, great products, for a fraction of "brand" products prices. One of them was discounted same day after I ordered, so I contacted Donnerdeal via email, and the next day I got asked how I would like to receive the refund for the price difference. In summary, great products, great communication, excelent pricing.. I just wish they would offer more products, and maybe some dedicated pedals for bass. I would definitely buy from Donnerdeal again.

I love Donnerdeal. Great products at great prices and excellent service. What's not to like?

I bought 7 of their pédals direct from thé eshop, they're all very good and every time i had to contact them, i had a mail within one day!

I purchased the Alpha Force pedal and it is an amazing sounding pedal. It is very versatile, I can get anything from classic rock to metal out of it. It's a three in one pedal and very small, which makes things very convenient. Seems to be built very well. This is the second Donner pedal that I have purchased. The first one was the Morpher and I'm very pleased with it as well. I will be doing a lot more shopping with a Donner.

Five stars all the way. From ordering to receiving the Alpha Cruncher I was very happy with the communications from this company. I am also very impressed with the 3 in 1 effect pedal, the delay, chorus and distortion have great sounds and every setting is usable. I will definitely be purchasing more of the Donner products as I believe they are great value for money.

Got a defective Delay, I send a refund request to donner, but donner never response email. The delay pedal is not work, when I turn the switch on, my guitar Sound is disappear(no delay sound also). I will contact paypal for refund, I won't trust donner anymore.

Terrible communication and horrible shipping time. Don't order direct from them if you need it fast. It's been 21 days and the shipment has not even reached the USA. I had to order another set of wireless transmitter and receivers from someone in the USA because I needed this right away. Now I'm stuck with 2 sets I guess when this one from China finally gets here....It's a great product but like I said...If you need something fast it's not going to happen.

I have ordered a deluxe loop. At first I had an issue having the pedal working. Contacted them, and got prompt assistance. It's now working in perfect condition. Good sound quality and great features.
