I was hesitant to use Done. at first as I have used other Telehealth ADHD management services and it felt very transactional. With Done I feel like I am getting the 1-1 attention that I need my Dr. spends time explaining everything to me, making sure that I am being treated properly and working with me on a treatment plan that is unique to me and my needs. She is always willing to hear out and address any concerns/ answers all questions I have. I can say that my work/life has seen great improvement since working with my provider at Done. Highly recommend this service.

A breath of fresh air for affordable and personalized care in addressing continuous struggles with ADHD. The care team and clinicians are perhaps the most helpful I have ever worked with.

Great Service! I have recommended this service time and time again. I live in a state that makes it very difficult to see a prescribing doctor, often months-long waitlists. Done has helped me get medicated and navigate the issues with insurance.

Realizing that I've had ADHD my entire life wasn't a huge shock but I was so glad I found an affordable solution! My doctor made me feel so comfortable and the care team is awesome at making sure I get my prescriptions on time and very responsive. I decided on my own to write an updated review- My first appointment with my clinician went great. She was very warm and welcoming. The clinician was very helpful and informative, and I felt very comfortable with her from the start. There were a few hiccups in getting my first prescription filled, but once I was able to talk to someone from customer support, it was worked out in a timely fashion and I really appreciate the young woman who talked me through the process on the phone. As a busy mom of young children, I really appreciate this telethealth platform because it is NOT easy for me to schedule something and get time away from my kids for my own appointments. Thank you for the help!

I’ve struggled with ADHD my entire life and seeking help has been a hurdle that was always daunting to me. With Done I was able to overcome that hurdle and finally get the help I needed. I’m only a month and a half in, but the constant communication between my assigned doctor and I has absolutely blown me away. My day to day life has drastically improved since starting my treatment and I couldn’t be more excited for the future.
