So far it’s been quick, easy, and convenient. The doctor saw me in less than a week, and I didn’t even have to leave my house. The medication was ready within the same day as my appointment. My favorite thing is that I can meet with my doctor from anywhere I am.

I’m giving 5 stars for several reasons! •My provider is amazing and shares his own ADHD struggles. It’s nice to know you’re talking to someone who genuinely understands what you go through. •The app’s interface is extremely simple and easy to use. •When I needed a medication adjustment, I was answered quickly. •Scheduling is simple and you don’t have to call anyone. I value being able to do everything online because I have a busy schedule.

Amazing company! Very quick responses from the providers and customer support. They have made the entire prescription filling and ordering process seamless, and my prescription is sent to my local pharmacy and I am texted when it's ready. Couldn't ask for a better experience overall.

Update: I received genuinely helpful support from Done after first posting this review. They followed up with me all the way through making sure I picked up my prescription. I would have changed this to 5 stars, but the initial delay in care is where the fifth star fell off. I usually don't ever write reviews, but this is worth sharing because I hope it never happens to anyone else. I'm now well over a week without medication. An incorrect pharmacy was listed in my profile, but the medication was sent to it anyway after I paid for my month of service. Now, the prescription at the wrong pharmacy has been cancelled for a week (as it should have been) and my correct pharmacy is listed in my profile. However, it still has not been electronically resent to the right pharmacy. I was given a quote of "up to 5 days" to have every aspect of this fixed. All I hear back from the support team, despite calling and emailing daily, is "we're working on it". Honestly, being unmedicated after consistently taking medication for years has turned my daily life with ADHD upside down. The support team and my provider don't seem to care.
