I have rented with Dollar Car Rental for 2 months and have had 2 cars breaking down and it is a hazzle to get a replacement. And their support phone line is sometimes not working because they are busy and there online service chat keeps you waiting for 30-40 min. Terrible service and cars in bad condition.

As per the agreement the deposit should return maximum after 30 days. Its been 90 days now without any notice from them even after countless emails still no replay.

Bonjour, c'est mon 2eme voyage à Dubai, La 1ere fois j'ai pris pour ma location de voiture : Europcar : Erreur monumentale, j'arrive à l'agence, 3 personnes, 2 sur leur téléphone et 1 qui dort. Je voyais que je les déranger, on a fais les papiers et après mon retour, allez courir pour récupérer votre caution. On vous explique qu'il faut attendre 20 jours pour la caution. Et bien, c'est faux, allez voir les avis sur d'autre site J'ai essayé de les contacter par téléphone, pas de réponse, envoyer 4 mails, toujours rien J'ai du contacter Europcar France, et les menacer d'une plainte, et après 2 mois de bataille, j'ai reçu ma caution.... ouah Cette fois ci, j'ai décider de passer par Dollar Car Rental de Dubai Et bien c'est le jour et la nuit, à mon arrivée, super accueil des agents, voiture super propre, personnel souriant et à votre disposition, ils m'ont meme porter les bagages. Et pour ma caution, le choc, j'ai reçu ma caution en 2 jours sans même l'avoir demandé. Et bien Europcar Bye bye Maintenant c'est Dollar UAE Car Rental pour mes prochains voyages. This company is a cheat! They mislead customers and harass them to no end. We returned the car last night, they didn't have any observations, today they have deducted 262 dirhams, saying there was pet hair in the rear seat of the car! Our pets have not even gone close to the car! We wanted to return the car a few days earlier but they refused to take the car back because we had paid online.

I would give zero stars if possible. Disgusting customer service - very rude lady at desk at crowne plaza. Ignored many of my messages. Paid upfront for a car that was not in stock - arrived and given Nissan sunny. Then I had to pay extra 550 aed to have another car which was not my fault - if they had told me the car was not in stock I’d have gone to another branch. Car was dirty on arrival. Upon returning they found a “scratch” yet again and charged for repair for the second time (I also hired a car over a year ago with poor experience but thought I would give benefit of doubt because the car previously rented was faulty). These scratches are a quick money making scandal and if you don’t pay or challenge they threaten police report. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - this is a money making scandal.

Service is great, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I have a negative experience with this company as I didn't receive my deposit back 1000 dirhams due to a small chip on the windscreen, even though I purchases a full insurance package. I strongly do NOT recommend this company, I believe they are frauds.

Car was good... Overall happy with Dollar Experience..
