This review is for the Dollar Tree on 436 in SUITE 1145 In in Altamonte Springs Florida. They need to get more intelligent people running , and working in this store. I have seen everything from people WORKING with their pants half down their underwears, to them sweeping out the front carpet while People are trying to walk in-and-out of the store and you can see the dust flying up in the air.. This is disgusting especially with the coV virus. We don't need the dust flying up in our faces! I refuse to shop in a store like this.people are walking in- And out in the middle of this dust ALL going up in the air. I see no one checking how many people are going in-and-out of the store so it's obvious they don't care that it's totally overcrowded also on a Friday evening. So there is no concern for their workers, or for the customers and that's really not good.

On 4/25/20. Time 18:18 store# 3088 2108 W 27th Street Ste. A-5 Lawrence, KS 66047 I went into the Dollar Tree a second time to purchase another gallon of Crystal Geyser Water. The first associate was courteous but she had finished her shift and this older aged white woman whose name is Diana checked me out. After the purchase transaction she handed me the item but before taking it I asked her to please put it into a dollar tree plastic bag. She silently caught an attitude and almost snatched it, putting the item into the bag and handed it to me. Noticing the blatant disregard for my purchase and disrespectful attitude towards me l immediately returned back to the store and told the asst. manager about it and returned my item for a different gallon of water because Diana bent the bottle of the one she slammed into the bag. She needs to be severely disciplined or fired! I give this store a poor rating. This isn't this first time this has happened to me. I am a frequent customer. I feel like this store is prejudice against people of color. This store is racial profiling people of color. Not good!

In-store shopping experience and customer service is amazing. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service

I love Dollar Tree! I especially love the Dollar Tree Store #1131 in San Antonio on Guilbeau, It is so beautifully layed out and kept up so clean and attractive. I especially a sales associate named Carol/Caroline. She is so wonderful!! I work for a company that supplies caregivers for senior. I always bring balloons to them for their birthday. Carol is always so helpful. She helps in any way she can. I have never not seen her with a smile and up beat attitude. Except now with masks. I wish all the associates were as wonderful as Caroline. She is a wonderful example of a person who knows how to love and serve her customers. Most recent visit was today 4/17 at 11:30 am.

Just went to the Dollar Tree here in Portland Oregon on SE 67th and Foster. I walked in 1 minute before they closed but saw that the line was quite long so I quickly grabbed some things we needed. As my son and I were going to get the last thing we needed, a tall female associate that I usually see stocking the store said, “Where are you going?” And didnt even let me answer before she said that they were closed and that the lady just announced it. I told that I didn’t hear it. She didn’t let us get the last thing we were going to get and we ended up waiting close to 10 minutes in line. We would have had time to get the last thing we needed. There is no need to be so rude and disrespectful. Common curtesy and respect cost nothing but are invaluable.

Today I went into the Dollar Tree 6651 20 in Glen Burnie, Maryland to purchase some necessary items for my family. The manager, Eric, was highly unprofessional, using profanity towards myself and other customers. He stated that we were 'doing nothing' if we didn't have the exact mask face he had on and that we 'might be contaminating his store'. He further went on to say in front of the entire store and his employees that he was 'tired of this s**t' and tired of having 'to deal with small minds' as he questioned whether we could read. A gentleman came into the store with a face shield, some which are FDA approved. Eric yelled at the customer and told him he could not be in the store 'with whatever that was' he had on his face and 'couldn't he read the sign on the door'. This unprofessional behavior is condescending, rude and very insensitive. When I inquired as to why other stores were allowing face coverings but not face masks as there was a wait time for them, Eric responded that they weren't following corporate direction and he 'didn't have time for this s**t, read!' I had a face covering as outlined by the Governor's Order #20-04-15-01. He pointed me out to the entire store and said I was 'doing nothing and don't come back unless I had a mask just like his''. Note: at no time did myself or any other customer be rude, loud, or condescending but Eric did not like to be questioned and responded with aggression. As there are other stores in my area, I will not be returning to this store and no longer support it. As a supporting, paying customer of over 10 years I will go where my business and money is appreciated and respected. Eric is a disgraceful representation of (Dollar Tree) management.
