Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

At Dollar Tree in Shawnee at 3:45 pm Monday watching people leave and leave and leave. I'm in line with about 25 more people (not exaggerating) with ONE cashier. The manager? On a conference call supposedly. That's more important than customer service? And you wonder why Dollar tree is shutting down so many stores. The one cashier was nice, patient and pleasant.

A great variety. Helpful staff

I just left the store in Van Buren Arkansas, where the cashier said to me that she was not worried about, I guess catching the new virus. Very few people in the store had on masks, including me. Definitely not her. She said people complained aboutnot being able to breathe. I said it will be too late when they are 6 feet under. That is when she said she wasn't worried about. it. Sad and bad attitudes like that is what is going to cause a second surge, history of the 1918 Spanish flu has not taught people anything. I have been so proud of the low numbers in Arkansas. That will not last with attitudes of I don't care. I have stayed in not to spread anything even unknowingly and decided to go to what WAS my favorite place to shop. Heartbreaking to know what is coming next because people don't care about themselves, their families or friends!!!!!!!!! Connie Jones Van Buren. Arkansas

Ever since I was a little girl I can remember always enjoying shopping at dollar tree, You can't beat the amount of items you get All for $1.I don't care for their lotion only 1 kind the Aloe anything else is way to watery I like the hair accessories. In the freezer section I like only vegetables & their popcorn chicken bites. The fans, candles, wax, vases I 💖. Once in 2017 I got a box of crackers and just so happen to look at the box after eating one & they had expired in 12/15 that was scary but the manager was nice about it & removed them from the shelves. Also their lentils are good.

I am frustrated with going to these stores in Wake county area to shop only to find that they have locked their “restrooms” or say they are out of order,i am in my late 60’s, restroom stops are more frequent, i am going to shop where I can use the restroom, if I have to pay more so be it, I am getting frustrated with coming to these stores for that reason, won’t happen again, will shop at Walmart, products are better anyway. Totally upset

I love Dollar Tree! Of course there are always going to be some things there that are what some call " cheap" but I have not had any complaints about anything there that I have bought. Recently I purchased some things off the website and had it delivered for free to my local store. I was so pleased with the ease of purchase. They kept in touch about when it would be shipped and when it arrived, in fact you could sign up for texts! Two of the glass items I bought arrived broken and I called and they refunded my money. The staff on the phone was pleasant and very professional. My reason for only 4 stars is that my local stores do not have nearly enough section of crafting items. I see other stores in other areas that are loaded with " crafters corner items" I wish they would bring these to the ones local to me!

Was at Dollar Tree on Henry Street Muskegon Michigan. Store 1547 today May 2 2020. At 4 p.m. I understand very well the social distancing. And with marks on the floor it's easy to tell where you are suppose to be. I was where I was suppose to be with my feet on the sliver tape they have on the floor. Another woman was behind me on her mark. Two people in front of me. One on the mark and one in the middle. So the cashier Chelsea says to me could you back up and respect the social distancing rule. I told her I was right on the spot you have marked. The person she was waiting on was not social distancing. He should not have been between the two marks. I am a grown up not a 3 year old child that has to be scolded for something I was not doing. And her making it worse by running her mouth non stop. There is no excuse for rudeness in any situation. And for a store employee to be just disrespectful is uncalled for. This company really needs to teach their cashiers some people skills. And before you scold a customer get your facts straight. The person in front of him should have been asked to step aside so he could get where he was suppose to be.
