Dollar tree on romeo plank and hall rd. Macomb Mi. Sign says you must wear a face mask. But customers are not and employees are not. Will not shop there any more. I know some people don’t care if they pass the COVID-19, but there are a lot of us that do care.

The attitude of the front emd cashiers was rude snd disrespectful. There were no newspapers in the display when i asked if there was anymore Sunday June papers they gave me an April paper when i brought it back in five minutes later after i caught the mistake they laughed and said nothing they could do about it. Location was Granby and oceanview norfk VA

I worked at dolalr tree loved my job at first til I found out how bad the management was left in charge after just a few weeks as the manager went to other stores had a part time employee that didn't like me when the manager left because she had to work i was fair didnt make her do things she didn't Ike we got along great til the manganger left then she started calling texting the manager and the dm telling lies not once did the manager come to me and ask what the issue was didnt ask the other employees just listened to this one which by the way let her and her boyfriend work together and do as they wanted them working on same business is against store policy i made a complaint about it and nothing was done but I was let go because I broke policy like all of the assistants and manager did ya dont pay to be honest but pays to be dishonest at that place not a good work inviroment at all so would not work for that company couldn't pay me enough to go through what I did !!!!! This was store number 03083

This morning I was at the Dollar Tree @ 9:03a. Needless to say, they were not open. The employee standing outside acted like it's no big deal. I don't know when we will open. "Mixed up in schedules".This Dollar Tree in Cedar Hill off 67 is one of the rudest stores! All of the employees seem unhappy and frustrated!! Please! Please get them quality customer service help! A smile every once and a while may help from a employee..I would rather drive 10 miles than to deal with terrible customer service!!!

I loved working at dollar tree, but that all changed when we got a new manager Samantha shumaker. She's verbally abusive to her employees. Screams at her staff on the sales floor, and would call them a liar repeatedly. She'd force her coworkers to do her job while she sat on her butt in the office, or would be outside either smoking or playing on her phone. The employees that wouldn't do her job either got fired by her, or would be bullied until they quit. A manager should not be telling an employee that they were going to make their life a living hell just because she didn't like them. A crying employee mourning the death of her father shouldn't be called a crybaby just for grieving. I am never going anywhere near the mount pleasant iowa dollar tree until Samantha shumaker no longer works there. I'm not supporting a company who thinks it's all right to subjugate their employees to that kind of abuse.

I was in the Dollar Tree at 4037 E. Grand, Laramie, WY and bought a plant hanger. When I got home and got it out of the bag it was defective. At the time of purchase I didn't take the option for a receipt. When I went to return it I was told they couldn't take it back with out a receipt. There is nothing posted at the checkout explaining that. The cashier was very rude, so I asked to speak to the manager. I had to argue with her for ten minutes and she agreed to let me get something else but no return money. When I buy something I expect it to work whether it costs $1 or $100. Also there is nothing posted on charging a fee if a customer uses their debit or credit and asks for extra at the time of the purchase. You have no disclosure whatsoever and you are ripping people off by your policies. I will never shop in you cheap store again. Carrien Mckennan 404 So. 30th St. #310 Laramie, WY 82070

I love where I work and who I work with. My managers never let me deal with some of the rude customers who make fun of my weight. My friends are great at the Norwalk Ohio store. Feel free to stop in and say hi.

The Dollar Tree located at 724 Eglin Parkway NE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida is by far the cleanest location in Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius. It is a small location when compared to most but that adds to the shopping ambiance. Associates like Susanne make the shopping experience even more worthwhile. There is one drawback to this location however, the entrance is located right off the main drag with a 100ft of a major intersection and that is an opportunity for a wreck or wrecks. As a result, my visits have been kept at a minimum. Enough said, great store, excellent people, great experience.
